Marie G. Bernard, MD
Dr. Bernard graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ.  She is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center. Dr. Bernard serves as the Medical Director of Hunterdon Family Physicians.  She primarily focuses on office responsibilities and currently does not see patients on a regular basis. She speaks French.  She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and is always ready for an adventure. She resides in Flemington with her husband and daughter.

Momna Ayub, DO

Dr. Ayub completed her residency at the VCU/Bon Secours St. Francis Family Medicine Program after completing medical school at Rowan University School of Oseopathic Medicine.  Her passion lies in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages, with a particular emphasis on promoting wellness and preventative heath.  She is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and to serving the community. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.  She enjoys restaurants, reading and time with family and friends.

Jennifer O'Hara, MD
Dr. O'Hara graduated from Somerset Family Practice in 2007 after completing medical school at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School and earning a BA in Biology from Brown University. She received an award for Clinical Excellence upon graduation and was also named on the Somerset Medical Center Medical Staff Honor Roll during her residency. After graduation, she spent three years in a busy suburban private practice before coming to Hunterdon Family Physicians. Dr. O'Hara is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Swarna Tammana, DO
Dr. Tammana is a graduate of The University Of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995 and a graduate of Rutgers College with a major in chemistry. She has been practicing family medicine for 20 years and is excited to get back to her home state of NJ.  She enjoys taking care of the whole family. She speaks French. Dr. Tammana is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. She enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.  

Deborah S. Wright, MD

Dr Wright is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. She received her undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College , earning a BA in Biology and German. She is board certified in Family Medicine. In her free time, Dr. Wright enjoys antiquing and spending time with family. She resides in New Hope, PA with her husband and daughter.

Victor Peng, MD
Dr. Peng completed his residency in Family Medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center after receiving his medical degree from UMDNJ-- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway and a BA in molecular biology and biochemistry from Rutgers University. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is fluent in Mandarin.  He and his wife reside in Flemington, NJ.

Parul Dave, PA-C
Parul Dave, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant and has been practicing in the primary care setting since 2003. She graduated from Arcadia University in 2002 with a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She attained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1999 with a major in Biology and a minor in Spanish.  She speaks fluent Gujarati and can also converse in Spanish.  She focuses on wellness and preventative medicine  as cornerstones to a healthy life.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, doing arts and crafts, traveling, yoga and reading. 

Matthew J. Wright, PA-C

Matthew has been a practicing physician assistant for the past six and a half years, and a registered dietician for fourteen years. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry physician assistant program in 2013 and subsequently practiced in family medicine, internal medicine and urgent care.  He currently is a faculty member at Rutgers University P.A. program and maintains part-time clinical hours at Hunterdon Family Physicians. 

Christina Kaecker, PA-C

Christina Kaecker, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant specializing in both pediatric and adult medicine.  She received a Bachelors Degree in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania in 2001 and a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2004.  She has been practicing locally in both family medicine and internal medicine for the past 15 years.  In her free time she enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her husband and their three children.  They reside in Readington.  

Elizabeth McGourty, APN, Nurse Practitioner

Beth is a board certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care nurse practitioner.  She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Scranton and then earned her Masters of Science degree at Rutgers State University of New Jersey.  Beth worked as a certified Critical Care registered nurse for eight years before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2015.  Beth enjoys outdoor activities, reading and spending time with her husband and three young children.  She resides in Pittstown, New Jersey.

 

Paresh Desai, PA-C

Paresh Desai, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant with the background in primary care / urgent care setting. Paresh is also certified to perform DOT exams. He graduated from UMDNJ (now Rutgers University) with a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He has an undergraduate degree from Gujarat University, India in Chemical Engineering. He is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.  In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with the family and traveling.

Yin Chi, DO

Dr. Yin completed her family medicine training at Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, P.A.  She graduated from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and received her BA in chemistry from Binghamton University.  She speaks Mandarin fluently and worked as an international teacher in Shanghai, China.  Her hobbies include piano, violin, reading, tennis and film.  She is also a foodie and enjoys various cuisines from different cultures. 

Lide Liu, MD
Dr. Liu was trained at Family Medicine Residency Program at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, IL. She completed medical schools from Hunan Medical University in China and University of Bonn in Germany. She did extensive research and had multiple publications before she became a family physician. Dr. Liu strives to provide compassionate care to patients and to promote their health with honesty and respect. She loves to take care of the whole family from newborn babies to adults. She is fluent in Chinese.  Before moving to NJ with her family, Dr. Liu was in a private practice for 10 years in Illinois. She also served as an assistant professor to train Medical Students from Southern Illinois University. Dr. Liu is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians. 

Akikuni Yamada, MD

Dr. Yamada completed his residency at St. Luke's Warren Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in Phillipsburg, N.J.  He graduated from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and received his B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Drew University in Madison, N.J,  He speaks Japanese.  He enjoys his wife's cooking, board games, NBA and his Christian faith.
